Terms & Conditions – Emirates Cabin Crew

FACE (Flight Attendant Club of Emirates) is exclusively for Emirates cabin crew based in the UAE who have subscribed to pay an annual fee for enhanced discounts, benefits, and services from over 80 retailers and service suppliers, gyms, hotels and events. This membership is for self only.

The following are the Terms & Conditions for FACE:

Definitions:

"Member" means an Emirates Group cabin crew who has subscribed to become a member of FACE.

"FACE Card" means the membership card issued by Emirates Group to the Member subscribed to the Program.

"Partner" means a retailer or service provider that participates in FACE from time to time.

"Program" means the Flight Attendant Club of Emirates.

"Website" means facecard.org.

1.            Emirates Group issues and retains ownership of the FACE Card. Emirates Group reserves the right to withdraw a Member's digital membership card(s) and terminate his or her membership in the Program at any time.

2.            Emirates Group reserves the right to amend, update or terminate the Program (including without limitation these terms and conditions) at any time in whole or in part with or without prior notice to Members.

3.            Emirates Group will not be liable to a Member or any other person for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from termination of or change to the Program or any of the facilities, benefits or arrangements which are made available to a Member, including Partner withdrawal or the withdrawal of any benefits, facilities or arrangements.

4.            The program's Annual Membership fee is deducted from the Member's salary in 12 equal monthly instalments. No refunds (whether full or pro rata) are permitted upon termination of membership during the subscription year.

5. It is the Member's responsibility to ensure that any photograph provided for themselves is a recent and true representation of them. Partners have the right to reject an Emirates Platinum digital membership card with an unclear or old photo.

6.            Membership in the FACE Program will automatically renew at the end of each 12-month cycle unless the Member has terminated his/her membership. Up to 2 months before their expiry date, Members will be notified that their membership is up for renewal. The "Cancel” button on the Website will be enabled on Members’ online profiles allowing Members to terminate their membership by cancelling the renewal up until the last day of their existing membership cycle.
By way of an example, if a member enrolled in a membership on the 01 November 2024, their membership period expiry date will be 30 November 2025. On the 01 October 2025, they will receive an email notification about their membership renewal and the next steps. The “Cancel” button will be enabled on their profile and will stay this way until the 30 November 2025. If the member does not click on the button, the membership auto-renews, and a new cycle begins from 01 December 2025 while the “Cancel” button is disabled. These instructions are also emailed to the user for clarity.

7.            To avail of any discount, service, or benefit from the listed Partners, the Member must log in to the Website and present their valid digital membership card. The discount, service, or benefit may be subject to terms and conditions as set by the Partner. These will be detailed on the Website.

8.            If a Member terminates their membership for self, they will still be liable for the membership fee(s) until the membership expires, and this will continue to be taken as a salary deduction until the membership expiry date.

9.            Upon termination of membership, the Member can only avail the FACE benefits within the current validity cycle, after which all FACE benefits shall cease and be unavailable. In all cases, Members shall cease to be eligible to avail of FACE benefits after the Member's Last Date of Service (LDS).

10.          Members can still access the Website and book events within their employment notice period. The access and booking system will be available until the Member’s Last Date of Service (LDS). Members can continue to avail of other offers posted on the Website unless stated otherwise. Attendance will be cross-checked to ensure only active employees are participating in FACE events.

11.          New or renewed FACE membership will not be issued to employees serving their employment notice period.

12.          In the event of a Member's End of Service (EOS) during the annual membership period, the AED 27 monthly instalment of the Member will continue to be deducted until the last month of service, irrespective of the Last Date of Service (LDS) or the EOS reason (resignation, retirement, redundancy, termination, etc.)

13.          Each FACE Member shall be personally responsible for payment of:

13.1        all accounts in respect of facilities and services provided to him/her by the Partner such as meals,      beverages, telephone charges or any other incidental charges; and

13.2        any compensation payable to Partners for damage caused by the Member (or Member's family or        guests) to the Partner's property or equipment.

14.          Inclusion by Emirates Group of a Partner in the Program does not constitute or imply any endorsement of such Partner's products and/or services. Emirates Group accepts no responsibility or liability for the performance or quality of any products and/or services provided by Partners in association with the Program. Any participation by Member or Dependant in any activity offered by a Partner is entirely at Member's own risk and shall be subject to the terms of any agreement entered into by the Member and such Partner in respect of such products and/or services.

16.          By using the FACE membership, Members and their guests commit to uphold appropriate behavioural standards and maintain the Emirates brand image at all time. Members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests during usage of membership.

17.          Unless explicitly stated otherwise, benefits (including discounts) are strictly applicable:

  • To the member and/or eligible dependents.
  • For personal use and must not be utilised for business or commercial use or gain.

18.          Misuse of the FACE Website, Membership benefits, events, and/or any Partner's facilities or equipment may result in action up to and including permanent cancellation of the employee or dependent’s membership. The employee may also be subject to disciplinary action in accordance with Emirates' disciplinary procedure.

 

Events

Events are regularly made available to FACE members from Emirates, and details are published on the newsletter, Website and Instagram page with specific terms and conditions. It is your obligation to read these in detail. But signing up to and/or attending any Event, Members accept any advertised terms and conditions in full.

 

Hotels & Gym Access

Access to the listed hotel pools, gyms and beaches are strictly to FACE Members.
There might be an offer for payable access to members' guests, which is published on the offer page with details. The following terms and conditions shall apply in respect of Hotels and Gym Access provided to FACE Members.

 

1. A limited number of memberships are available for each club, and access will be strictly

on a first-come, first-served basis each day. A FACE member cannot insist on access to participating clubs if all the memberships are in use.

2. Members can only reserve slots in advance at participating clubs if the club partner requires this.

Calling the club or trying to book in advance only guarantees a place on arrival if the booking is specifically needed for a club. Members cannot collect an access card and enter later during the day.

3. During the FACE membership period, if any participating club requires booking, Members are obliged to comply with the club’s terms and conditions and will be liable to pay any no-show fees and other charges. Some venues might ban your access if excessive no-shows are reached, per venue rules.

4. FACE members using the facilities of a participating club must present their valid digital FACE card at the reception desk and, where required, exchange their valid IDs for a club access card to use at the facilities. The club access card must be returned to the reception desk upon exiting the facility. If the member loses the club access card, they will be liable to pay the fine according to the club policy.

5. Members must always present a valid digital FACE membership card via the Website to be admitted to the participating clubs. Otherwise, clubs have the right to deny access to members. Members must follow each club’s registration process, irrespective of frequent users.

6. The FACE team will share a list of members' details with the participating clubs. Participating clubs can only allow access to members on the list. In such situations, members should contact [email protected].

7. Participating clubs can ask for further proof of identity to allow the use of the facilities, wherever agreed. Members must be prepared to comply, irrespective of whether they are frequent users.

8. FACE Members and their guests are forbidden to bring food and beverages from outside for consumption within the club premises. Towels, robes, and other club property must not be removed from the club. Clubs have a right to charge the member directly for any damaged or removed club property.

9. Where eligible, FACE Members and their guests must strictly abide by the participating club’s membership rules and code of conduct.

10. The FACE Member remains responsible for their guest’s behaviour and will be held accountable on their behalf. You and your guests represent the Emirates Group at these venues.

11. Membership access and facilities at a specific club may be subject to revision, and the FACE team is not obliged to provide notice.

12. The FACE membership is a staff benefit. Any incident, misconduct or misuse by the member or their guest reported by the participating clubs may result in the membership being cancelled and potential disciplinary action according to HR policy.

13. Some facilities may become unavailable occasionally due to maintenance, private events, or other operational reasons at the participating clubs.

14. Participating clubs share the usage log daily with the FACE team for the records.

15. FACE members are not permitted to offer personal training services at any participating venue and must use the authorised services provided by the gym only.

 

DISCLAIMER

1. Emirates Group reserves the right to amend, update or terminate the hotel & gyms access offer at any time in whole or in part, with or without prior notice to Members.

2. Emirates Group will not be liable to a member or any other person for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from termination of or change to the leisure club membership offer or any of the facilities, benefits, or arrangements made available to a member, including partner withdrawal or the withdrawal of any benefits, facilities, or arrangements.

3. If acts of government authorities, natural calamities, disasters, or any other emergencies beyond a business’s reasonable control makes it illegal or impossible for a member to avail of or use the purchased membership, the FACE program is not obliged or liable for any adjustment, refund, transfer, or extension of the purchased membership.

Terms & Conditions – Air Wing Cabin Crew

 

FACE (Flight Attendant Club of Emirates) is extended to Air Wing cabin crew based in the UAE who have subscribed to pay an annual fee to avail of enhanced discounts, benefits, and services from over 80 retailers and service suppliers, gyms, and hotels. This membership is for self only.

The following are the Terms & Conditions for FACE:

Definitions:

"Member" means an Air Wing cabin crew who has subscribed to become a member of FACE.

"FACE Card" means the membership card issued by Emirates Group to the Member subscribed to the Program.

"Partner" means a retailer or service provider that participates in FACE from time to time.

"Program" means the Flight Attendant Club of Emirates.

"Website" means facecard.org

14.          Inclusion by Emirates Group of a Partner in the Program does not constitute or imply any endorsement of such Partner's products and/or services. Emirates Group accepts no responsibility or liability for the performance or quality of any products and/or services provided by Partners in association with the Program. Any participation by Member or Dependant in any activity offered by a Partner is entirely at Member's own risk and shall be subject to the terms of any agreement entered into by the Member and such Partner in respect of such products and/or services.

16.          By using the FACE membership, Members and their guests commit to uphold appropriate behavioural standards and maintain the Emirates brand image at all time. Members are responsible for the behaviour of their guests during usage of membership.

Events

Air Wing members are not eligible to participate in any FACE events.

 

Hotels & Gym Access

11. Membership access and facilities at a specific club may be subject to revision, and the FACE team is not obliged to provide notice.

12. The FACE membership is a staff benefit. Any incident, misconduct or misuse by the member or their guest reported by the participating clubs may result in the membership being cancelled and potential disciplinary action according to HR policy.

2. Emirates Group will not be liable to a member or any other person for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, resulting from termination of or change to the leisure club membership offer or any of the facilities, benefits, or arrangements made available to a member, including partner withdrawal or the withdrawal of any benefits, facilities, or arrangements.

3. If acts of government authorities, natural calamities, disasters, or any other emergencies beyond a business’s reasonable control makes it illegal or impossible for a member to avail of or use the purchased membership, the FACE program is not obliged or liable for any adjustment, refund, transfer, or extension of the purchased membership.
