Sharing FACE Photos and Videos

FACE posts content that is covered by intellectual property rights such as photographs and video of events on the Website. FACE either owns such content or has obtained permission from its owners allowing such content to be posted on the Website.

For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos (IP content), FACE specifically gives you the following permission: FACE grants to you a non-exclusive, non transferable, non sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that we make available for downloading on the Website (IP License). This IP License ends when you terminate your FACE membership and you shall delete or destroy such IP Content in your possession.

Limitations on Use

You agree to use this Website solely to determine the availability of goods and services offered by third parties and to be informed of events held by FACE for the benefit of its members. You agree to use the Website only for personal, non-commercial use.
